Most of these recipes were found, borrowed, inherited, or stumbled across and then immediately put through the Thermomix because that’s how I cook. Some protested. Some improved. A few needed a quiet moment and a second attempt.
There are classics here, experiments, and the occasional this wasn’t the plan but it worked. If a recipe made it onto this page, it earned its place — usually by not annoying me enough to retire it after one go.
